By using SericaVPN, you agree to:
- Use the service for lawful purposes only
- Not share your account credentials with others
- Not use the service to attack networks, send spam, or distribute malware
- Not use the service to circumvent access controls on systems you don’t own
- Be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction)
Your account
- One account per person
- You are responsible for keeping your password secure
- Report unauthorized access immediately to support@sericavpn.com
Subscriptions and billing
- Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled
- Prices may change with 30 days’ notice
- New subscriptions have a 30-day money-back guarantee
- Renewals and upgrades are not refundable
Service availability
- We target 99.9% monthly uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service
- Maintenance, network issues, or government blocking may cause temporary interruptions
- We may modify the service with reasonable notice for non-security changes
Intellectual property
- SericaVPN branding, software, and content are owned by Serica LLC
- You receive a limited, non-transferable license to use the service
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of New Mexico, USA. Disputes are resolved through binding arbitration in Albuquerque, NM, except for EU/UK residents who retain their local consumer rights.
