What you are agreeing to

By using SericaVPN, you agree to:

  • Use the service for lawful purposes only
  • Not share your account credentials with others outside your household
  • Not use the service to attack networks, send spam, or distribute malware
  • Not use the service to circumvent access controls on systems you do not own or have authorization to access
  • Be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction)

Your account

  • One account per person
  • You are responsible for keeping your password secure
  • If you suspect unauthorized access, report it immediately to support@sericavpn.com
  • Your account is for your personal use. Sharing login credentials with people outside your household violates our terms

Subscriptions and billing

  • Subscriptions renew automatically unless you cancel before the renewal date
  • Prices may change with 30 days’ advance notice
  • New subscriptions include a 30-day money-back guarantee
  • Renewals and plan upgrades are not refundable
  • You can cancel at any time from your dashboard with no cancellation fee

Acceptable use

You must not use SericaVPN to:

  • Distribute malware, viruses, or other harmful software
  • Send spam or unsolicited bulk email
  • Launch denial-of-service attacks against any system
  • Access systems without authorization
  • Violate the laws of your jurisdiction or the jurisdiction where our servers are located
  • Share child exploitation material

Violation of these rules may result in immediate account termination without refund.

Service availability

  • We target 99.98% monthly uptime
  • Scheduled maintenance, network issues, or government blocking may cause temporary interruptions
  • We may modify the service with reasonable notice for non-security changes
  • Emergency security updates may be applied without advance notice

Intellectual property

  • SericaVPN branding, software, and content are owned by Serica LLC
  • You receive a limited, non-transferable license to use the service
  • You may not reverse-engineer, decompile, or redistribute the service

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of New Mexico, USA. Disputes are resolved through binding arbitration in Albuquerque, NM, except for EU/UK residents who retain their local consumer rights.
