SericaVPN operates a global network of 20+ regions and 340+ endpoints. All servers run on 10-Gbps backbones with RAM-only storage (no data is written to disk). Our target uptime is 99.98%.
How to check server status
You can view server latency directly in Happ:
- Open Happ
- Look at the server list on the main screen
- Each server shows its ping time in milliseconds (ms) next to the name
- Lower numbers mean faster connections
You can also use the Auto Select feature, which automatically picks the fastest server for you.

What affects latency?
Latency depends on several factors:
- Physical distance: The farther you are from the server, the higher the latency
- Network routing: Your ISP’s routing path to our servers
- Local network conditions: Wi-Fi quality, mobile signal strength
- Server load: During peak hours, some servers may be busier
If one server feels slow, try switching to a different region. Happ’s Auto Select does this automatically.
