What is not eligible

  • Subscription renewals (monthly or annual)
  • Plan upgrades
  • Purchases made through third-party resellers
  • Requests submitted after the 30-day window
  • Accounts terminated for violating our Acceptable Use Policy

How to request a refund

  1. Log in to your dashboard
  2. Go to Billing → Request refund
  3. Fill out the short refund form
  4. Submit your request

Refund processing time

  • Credit cards / PayPal: 5–10 business days
  • Cryptocurrency: 1–3 business days (processed in the same currency where possible)

Partial refunds

If you used our service for part of the month and are outside the 30-day window, we do not offer prorated refunds. However, you can cancel at any time and continue using the service until the end of your billing period.
