What we collect

- Email address: Used for login and communication. This is the only personal identifier we require
- Password: Stored as a salted hash. We cannot see your plain-text password
- Subscription plan and status: To enforce device and data limits
- Payment method details: Handled by our payment processors (Stripe, PayPal, crypto gateways). We do not store full card numbers
Support information
- Support ticket content: When you contact us, we keep the conversation for quality and follow-up
- App version and device type: When you include this information in a support request
What we do NOT collect
- Browsing history or visited websites
- DNS queries
- Traffic content or metadata
- Connection timestamps
- Your real IP address or assigned VPN IP
We do collect aggregate bandwidth metrics per billing cycle to display usage in your dashboard and enforce plan data limits. These contain no personal data, IPs, or traffic details. You can request deletion at any time via support.
This is guaranteed by our no-traffic-logs policy and enforced by our RAM-only server architecture.
How we use your data
- To provide and maintain the VPN service
- To process payments and prevent fraud
- To communicate with you about your account (billing reminders, security alerts)
- To respond to support requests
- To comply with legal obligations
We do not use your data for advertising, profiling, or any purpose beyond operating the service.
Cookies and analytics
Our website uses minimal cookies:
- Essential cookies: For login sessions, security, and the cookie consent banner
- No tracking cookies: We do not use Google Analytics, Facebook Pixel, or similar trackers
- Self-hosted analytics: We use Matomo (self-hosted) for basic website traffic analysis. No personal data is collected, and you can opt out via the cookie settings
Your rights
Depending on your location, you may have the right to:
- Access: Request a copy of the personal data we hold about you
- Correction: Request correction of inaccurate data
- Deletion: Request deletion of your account and all associated data
- Objection: Object to certain types of processing
