What “no logs” means

SericaVPN operates under a strict no-logs policy. This means we do not collect, store, or share:

  • Your browsing history or visited websites
  • DNS queries you make while connected
  • Traffic content or metadata
  • Connection timestamps (when you connected or disconnected)
  • Your real IP address or assigned VPN IP address
  • Bandwidth usage logs

Why we don’t log

Our no-logs policy is not just a promise - it’s an architectural decision. Our VPN servers are configured to run in RAM-only mode where possible, and logging services are explicitly disabled at the OS level. We simply do not have the infrastructure to write or retain this data.

What we do collect

To operate the service, we collect minimal account information:

  • Email address: For login, billing, and support
  • Payment records: Kept for tax and refund purposes (processed by third-party payment providers)
  • Plan type and status: To enforce device and data limits
  • Support tickets: To help resolve your issues

What we never do

  • We do not sell or share user data with third parties
  • We do not comply with data requests for information we do not possess
  • We do not inject ads or tracking into your traffic
  • We do not use third-party analytics on our VPN apps

Transparency

If we are ever legally compelled to provide data, the only information we can disclose is your account email and payment history. We cannot provide connection logs, traffic data, or IP assignments because they do not exist.

For full legal language, see our Privacy Policy.
