Can I change my plan?

Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade your SericaVPN plan at any time from your account dashboard.

Upgrading your plan

When you upgrade (e.g., Traveler → Nomad, or Nomad → Pro):

  • The change takes effect immediately
  • You are charged the prorated difference for the remainder of your billing cycle
  • Your new device and data limits apply right away

How to upgrade

  1. Log in to your dashboard
  2. Go to Billing → Change plan
  3. Select the new plan you want
  4. Confirm the prorated charge
  5. Your plan is upgraded instantly

Downgrading your plan

When you downgrade (e.g., Pro → Nomad):

  • The change takes effect at the start of your next billing cycle
  • You keep your current plan’s limits until then
  • You are not refunded the difference

How to downgrade

  1. Log in to your dashboard
  2. Go to Billing → Change plan
  3. Select a lower-tier plan
  4. Confirm the downgrade
  5. The change is scheduled for your next renewal date

Switching billing cycles

You can also switch between monthly and annual billing:

  • Monthly → Annual: Immediate charge for the annual rate; you save ~20%
  • Annual → Monthly: Takes effect at the end of the current annual period

Your subscription link remains the same when you change plans. You do not need to reconfigure your apps. The new limits (more devices, more data) apply automatically.
