How cancellation works
You can cancel your SericaVPN subscription at any time. When you cancel:
- Your service remains active until the end of your current billing period
- You won’t be charged again
- Your account and data are preserved for 90 days in case you want to reactivate
Step-by-step cancellation
Step 1: Log in to your dashboard
Visit sericavpn.com/dashboard and log in with your account credentials.
Step 2: Go to Billing
Click Billing or Subscription in the left sidebar.
Step 3: Cancel subscription
Click Cancel subscription. We will ask you to confirm.
Step 4: Confirm
After confirming, you will see a message that your subscription is set to cancel at the end of the current billing period. You will also receive a confirmation email.
What happens after cancellation?

| Immediately | Cancellation is scheduled; you keep full access |
| End of billing period | Subscription ends; VPN stops working |
| 7 days after expiry | We send a reminder to reactivate or export data |
| 90 days after expiry | Account data is permanently deleted |
Reactivating your account
If you change your mind, you can reactivate at any time before the 90-day deletion window:
- Log in to your dashboard
- Click Reactivate subscription
- Choose your plan and confirm payment
Your settings and subscription link will be restored.
