Payment methods we accept
SericaVPN accepts several payment methods to accommodate users worldwide, including those in regions with payment restrictions.
Credit and debit cards
We accept:
- Visa
- Mastercard
- American Express
Cards are processed securely by our payment provider. We never store your full card number on our servers.
PayPal
You can pay with a PayPal account. This is a good option if you prefer not to enter your card details directly or if your card is being declined by your bank.
Cryptocurrency
We accept several cryptocurrencies for users who want maximum privacy:
- Bitcoin (BTC)
- Ethereum (ETH)
- And other major cryptocurrencies
Cryptocurrency payments are processed by our payment partner. The transaction is recorded on the blockchain, but we only see the payment confirmation, not your wallet details.
Which payment method should I use?
| Method | Speed | Privacy | Best for |
|---|---|---|---|
| Credit/debit card | Instant | Standard | Convenience, most users |
| PayPal | Instant | Standard | If your card is declined |
| Cryptocurrency | 1-10 minutes | High | Privacy-conscious users |
Common issues
”My card was declined”
This usually happens because:
- Your bank is blocking an international transaction. Call your bank and ask them to allow the charge
- You have insufficient funds
- You entered the wrong card details
Try a different payment method or contact your bank.
”PayPal payment failed”
Make sure your PayPal account is verified and has a linked payment method. Some PayPal accounts have sending limits that may block the transaction.
”Cryptocurrency payment not confirming”
Crypto transactions can take anywhere from a few minutes to an hour depending on network congestion. If your payment has not confirmed after 1 hour, contact support@sericavpn.com with your transaction hash.
Receipts and invoices
After payment, you will receive a receipt by email. You can also download invoices from your dashboard under Billing.
Refunds
All new subscriptions come with a 30-day money-back guarantee. Refunds are returned to the original payment method. See our Refund policy for full details.
