Small team. Real problems. No theater.

We don't run sprints, we don't run all-hands theater, and we don't write 14-line bullet-point JDs about "ownership." Here's what we actually believe about doing this work well.

Privacy is a right, not a feature.
Hundreds of millions of people live behind networks that decide what they can read, say and call home. We build the tunnel that gets through, and we never sell, log or hand over the metadata of the people on the other side. That's the whole company.
Why it matters: every shortcut we don't take costs us money. We take none.
